Fic Spoilers Masterlist

I’ve been thinking for a while that I wanted to make a masterlist explaining the spoiler levels of my various One Piece fics, and I don’t have anything better to do right this minute, so here it is.

I’ll be trying to keep it updated as I post new things, and I’ll do my best to be thorough, but if I’ve forgotten about any spoilers in anything I’ve written, please let me know.

Also: I am generous in my definition of what counts as spoilers. This guide is as detailed as I can reasonably make it. At time of writing, I have posted fifty-three One Piece fics so far. There’s a lot to take into account.

I’m separating the list into levels by chronological spoiler order (mostly determined by when the fics take place). Under those subheadings, things will be divided by light, medium, and heavy spoilers. If your definition of spoilers is restricted to major plot beats, the light spoilers sections will probably be safe for you, regardless of your story progress; that section is reserved for things like character redesigns, or offhanded references to plot events. Medium spoilers fics will probably not make sense without the appropriate context, or contain characters that haven’t been introduced yet, but won’t spoil any twists. Heavy spoilers, however, will.

AUs will be marked with an asterisk (*), for ease of navigation. Canon divergence will not. Otherwise, this list contains no character, relationship, content, rating, or word count information. It is just a spoilers list. (Note: more than half of these fics are rated M or higher. Proceed with caution.)

The funniest part of one piece to me, the funniest concept in the entire series, is that zoro has no idea what happened between sanji and wanze on the sea train. the fact that zoro is running around without his life in shambles purely because he doesn’t know Sanji can essentially swordfight, that this is just a thing sanji can do that zoro has no earthly knowledge of is the funniest thing for me to remember at any given moment. Like this mic drop is always there, hiding. Can you imagine if he somehow found out/saw what happened in that fight. it would be the ultimate “actually I’m not left-handed” moment, he would either explode on the spot, murder sanji immediately, or both (in that order)

Thinking about all those youtubers and streamers who generally stayed nonpolitical as not to alienate anyone but who absolutely could not handle it when that hogwarts game came out and their progressive audiences were telling them to maybe not play/review that one and they'd throw a fat tantrum like "no you don't get it it's my job this is the biggest game of the year I can't not play it" and now we're a few months along and fucking nobody is talking about it anymore cause it wasn't even good. Was it worth it
